This is Toby with his foster Mom. He is a cuddler at heart, and playful too. We think he spent his first years in a Puppy Mill/Back Yard Breeder dog. Poor guy! Who would do that? He would be so happy being someone's companion and Dog baby, a snuggle bun that has no mean bone in his body. He is one special guy!

Toby is up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped with a brand new dental.
The vets guestimate he's around seven to eight, Chihuahau's live way beyond that, into mid to late teens. Toby is looking for a human companion to love him.
And he says "Mom it's cold out, and why are they pointing that funny thing at me?"
we live in Spokane and were wondering if Toby has found a home have a 15 year old chihuahua that would like a friend
