He is about 4-5 years old, and looks to be a Pomeranian/Schipperke mix. He does not have on growly mean bone in his body.
My name is Charlie and I can’t talk people talk. My owners sent me to the pound because they
said they didn’t have a yard for me.
Really, they never took that good of care of me, my hair was matted and
it hurt me really bad when I walked, it pulled on my skin. Nancy Lehto from Wash N Wagon came to cut
the mats out of my hair and she was really nice to me, and it felt so much
better. Then I went back to the shelter
for a nice bath, and back to my foster Mom’s.
I’m somewhere between 4 and five years old, neutered and up to date on
all my shots. I like the other dogs
here in foster, and those cats, I just pretend they aren’t here. (Cat’s are just weird!)
I’m very quiet and not one bit mean, I guess because I know
what it’s like to have others be mean to me.
Well, I’m about to start on a new life, and it might be with
you. My picture was taken the day I was
busted out of jail, before my mats came off and my bath and a lot and lot of
brushing. Geez, how come humans think
us dogs just love that?
Anyway, I need a family to love me, one with a fenced yard
that will take really good care of me for the rest of my life and love me.
If you could do that for me, please contact the rescue that
took me out of that scary place.
Oh I forgot, they tell me I am a Schipperke/Pomeranian mix, but nobody ever told me that,
does it matter?
Thank you for looking at me, woof, woof.
Charlie
p.s. I will be so much prettier now.
Charlie weighs 17 1/2 pounds.
Since his picture he's been dematted and brushed and brushed, and bathed. We have not seen him since his break out of jail day, and hope to get some great pictures coming soon. Give this guy a second look, his sweetness is in his heart.
And here he is, a movie.
